GSI Technology designs, develops, and markets

market focus is on opportunities located within the telecom, networking,
and data acquisition market segments. Tvia
Tvia designs, develops, and markets high performance,
streaming media gateway integrated circuits for the Internet appliance,
broadband set-top box, and digital television markets. Tvia's products
enable consumers to have a customized and interactive television
viewing experience. Anyka Cayman Corp.
Anyka focuses on designing, marketing and sales
of VLSI chips for mobile multimedia handheld devices. It also provides
customers with end-to-end solutions (e.g. Smart phone and multimedia
PDA reference designs) based on Anyka's application processor. NextWeb
NextWeb delivers business-quality Internet services
for small to medium sized enterprises. NextWeb is a fixed broadband
