Some of MONET CAPITAL LLC's partners have been in the venture capital business for more than twenty years - from a time when the industry was smaller, deals were made on a handshake, and you were only as good as your word. We still operate that way. Our values are simple. We minimize politics and egos, treat people fairly, following through on commitments, and solve problems quickly.

We treat information provided by entrepreneurs confidentially. We also try to address issues from the beginning. Entrepreneurs are vulnerable when they discuss ideas with potential investors. Few ask whether there is a conflict of interest before disclosing a great deal of information. Our policy is to disclose potential conflicts of interest before discussions begin. If conflicts arise in a meeting, we explain why and redirect or end the meeting.

In the end, respecting the desires of entrepreneurs regarding the disclosure and protection of ideas is one of MONET CAPITAL LLC's most important goals.
